Brewing in Historic Kona
Our brewery sits in a 10,000-square-foot home in historic Kona, Hawaiʻi, where the ocean breeze mixes with the scent of fresh hops. It’s here that the craft of small-batch brewing meets the warmth and hospitality of the islands.

 

The Brewhouse
Inside, you’ll find a 20-barrel brewing system and ten stainless-steel fermentors, all proudly made in the USA. Every tank is dedicated to freshness and flavor, ensuring that each batch of Hawaiian Brewing beer is brewed with precision and character.

We focus on small-batch brewing because it allows us to pay close attention to every detail—balance, complexity, and consistency. That’s how we bring “paradise in a glass” to life.

Pure Island Water
We brew with pure Hawaiian water naturally filtered through volcanic rock. This unique source is what gives Hawaiian Brewing beers their smooth, refreshing finish.

Beer To Go Shack
Twice a month, the brewhouse hums as we fire up our canning line, sealing paradise into cans. You can grab your favorites fresh from our Beer To Go shack—4-packs, crowlers, or kegs, perfect for the beach, a luau, or a sunset gathering with friends.

The Brewery Experience
Hawaiian Brewing is more than stainless steel and recipes—it’s a place to gather. Our beer garden and restaurant span 15 acres of tropical landscapes, making it the perfect spot for:

We minimize our footprint with energy-efficient systems and are working toward renewable power solutions, including solar, to keep our operations sustainable.

We brew with pure island water naturally filtered through volcanic rock—and we are mindful stewards of this resource in every step of our process.

Zero-Waste Practices
Byproducts become resources whenever possible. Our spent grain is donated to local farmers, and we’re moving toward more eco-friendly packaging to reduce plastics and waste.

Community & ʻOhana
Sustainability is also about people. Hawaiian Brewing partners with local organizations, supports community events, and gives back to the ʻohana that makes our islands strong.
